About Tech Villa

Tech Villa was conceived by Philips Olajide in December 2022, the Founder of Finlig and a software developer who has previously served as a co-founder and CTO twice. Having monitored the ongoing development in Epe, Philips recognized a need to establish a hub for individuals in the tech industry, including startup founders and developers, to participate in the creation of the new Lagos at Epe.
He decided to partner with Landbank Homes Ltd, the developer of Lightcity Bungalow in Ketu-Epe, to construct a Tech Villa within the city. Following negotiations, the partnership was finalized on April 14, 2023, to commence construction of the first 20 units of Tech Villa 1, valued at $790k.
The vision is to build the first affordable Tech Villa for individuals in the tech ecosystem. The Villa is designed for startup founders, tech guys, and developers who want to be part of the new Lagos in Epe.
